Refund Policy

1. All Purchases Are Final

NostrobeAI is sold as one-time credit packs. All purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment is completed. Before purchasing, please use your free trial to evaluate the product and confirm it works for you. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, unused credits, interview outcomes, or any user-side issues (internet, microphone, OS compatibility).

2. Exceptions — When We Do Refund

Refunds are only issued in two specific cases:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
  • Service failure on our end — if a verified bug or service outage on our side prevents you from using the service entirely, we will issue replacement credits or, at our discretion, a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

For one of the two cases above, email support@nostrobeai.com from your account's email address, with:

  • Your order ID (from the purchase confirmation email)
  • Date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We respond within 24 hours on business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated by us within 3 business days. Your bank typically takes another 5–7 business days to credit the amount back to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we want the chance to resolve your issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Credit packs cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Review the pack details on the pricing page before buying.

I was charged twice by mistake — what do I do?

Email support@nostrobeai.com with both order IDs. Duplicate charges are refunded in full within 1–2 business days.

How long does an approved refund take?

We initiate approved refunds within 3 business days. Your bank typically credits the amount back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after that.
