1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and NostrobeAI, a registered business operating from India. By creating an account or using our desktop app, website at nostrobeai.com, or any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NostrobeAI. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, keep your password confidential, and be solely responsible for activity under your account. One person per account — sharing credentials is not permitted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use NostrobeAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use NostrobeAI in academic exams or any setting where AI assistance is forbidden by the institution, employer, or interviewer
• Share your account, or resell sessions or credits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass our usage limits
• Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

Violations may result in account termination without refund.

4. Credits, Payments & Refunds

NostrobeAI is sold as one-time credit packs — no subscriptions or recurring charges. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed through our payment provider, and prices include GST. A GST-compliant invoice is emailed after purchase. For refund eligibility, see our Refund Policy .

5. AI Disclaimer

NostrobeAI uses third-party large language models to generate suggested answers. AI-generated answers may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. NostrobeAI is a suggestion tool, not a script.

6. Warranties & Liability

NostrobeAI is provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that NostrobeAI will help you pass any interview or secure employment. We are not liable for interview outcomes, employment decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content of NostrobeAI are owned by us and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
